"Being nominated is a true honor. It is amazing how things can happen. I
was just sitting in a room, fed up with the current music scene and I just
had a vision and wrote some songs. It is a great feeling to see the
reaction that has gotten.
"I love music and love what I am playing. I am not compromising at all. I
started this band and made this the band I would want to play in. My ideal
band. So any of this is humbling. It is just great to make the music I
love and I hope it brings back some good energy to metal again and I hope
there are more fun anthems to write and good times ahead. I want to see
people smiling at my shows and having fun. So thanks for the nomination.
